Maersk Wants China Biz to Make up 25% of Total Globally
QINGDAO, Nov 13, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- The A.P. Moller-Maersk Group will attach great importance to China in the future, expecting its China business to make up 25% of the total worldwide, said the North Asia executive president of the global shipping giant.
Chine is undergoing a rapid economic growth, which will do good to the shipping industry. The president said the export stepped down this year but the import sent up from a year earlier. With the living improvement of the Chinese, the global giant expects a constant increase in the future import.
