The problems keep piling up like manure at the Garret Mountain Equestrian Center, where the operator is now five months behind on its rent and so short on cash that it can't feed the horses.
Phoenix Enterprises Inc., the Bronx-based stable that began leasing the Garret Mountain facility last November, is in such deep financial muck that it can't buy feed on credit and can't pay the $29,670 in back rent that it owes Passaic County.
