If you're looking for a great local spot to look at birds now that the fall migration is winding down, here is a can't-miss suggestion for any kind of weather.

Now through Dec. 20, the Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum in Oradell is hosting "The Art of Conservation 2009," an exhibit of paintings and sculptures by some of the top nature artists in the world. The collection of 74 works includes 24 birds, ranging from eagles and emus to tanagers and turkeys.
