Sewer pact advances homes
The Benton Harbor City Commission approved a Sewer Service Agreement between the City, Benton Charter Township, and COGIC Village Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership, for sewer service at 1891 Territorial.
The City of Benton Harbor and the Sterling Group, an Indiana Corporation, are trying up loose ends to the COGIC Village Project. The Sterling Group, of Nappanee, Indiana, in partnership with Trinity Village a Non-Profit Housing Corporation of Muskegon plans to construct a 136 multi-housing unit apartment complex on 13 acres of land.
