(Daily Northwestern) (U-WIRE) EVANSTON, Ill. -- When freshman Jackie Carton walked through the Marriott Food Services line during her first week at Northwestern, she didn't spend much time debating what she should eat. She quickly grabbed some steamed vegetables, an apple and a veggie burger without a bun.
"The options are somewhat limited when you are on a non-carbohydrate diet," explained Carton, a Weinberg freshman.
