(Daily Kent Stater) (U-WIRE) KENT, Ohio -- Friends of a Kent State student who died Friday, remember him as a kind, caring man who put others before himself.
Justin Gorenc, 21, was killed early Friday morning when his car went through the front wall of Gabriel Brothers on State Route 59.
A report from the Portage County Sheriff's Office called the incident a suicide.
Gorenc, a third-year student, was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity and Greek Week co-chair for Inter-Greek Programming Board.
Lauren Pernetti, campus adviser for Delta Tau Delta, said Gorenc was a very loving and giving person.
