(Cavalier Daily) (U-WIRE) CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Every college soccer team dreams of doing well all season and being rewarded with a home bid in the NCAA Tournament. The Virginia men's soccer team achieved that dream this year, and now the Cavaliers prepare to host Rider in the tournament's first round at Klockner Stadium, Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Cavs (14-3-3), who hold the No. 2 seed, are no strangers to the NCAA tourney. They hold a 33-13-4 all-time record in the Tournament and boast five national titles.
