(The Louisville Cardinal) (U-WIRE) HUNTINGTON, WV -- Motor City Bowl executives say they are expecting a large crowd for this year's matchup on Dec. 23 between Louisville, an at-large bid from Conference USA, and Marshall, the Mid-American Conference champion.
Last year, 43,340 fans watched Mississippi slip past Marshall 34-31 in the first-ever Motor City Bowl at the Pontiac Silverdome. According to Motor City Bowl Director George Perles, this year's game will draw an even larger crowd.
