PITTSBURGH (AP) _ The West Virginia-Pittsburgh game Friday would seem to be predictable. History argues it's not.

Upsets. Comebacks. Upset coaches. Upset fans. The 91-season rivalry known as the Backyard Brawl has seen it all, even if it isn't as well known nationally as Stanford vs. Cal, Michigan vs. Ohio State or Harvard vs. Yale.

Some examples: Pitt rallied from 22 points down with 10 1/2 minutes for a tie - in Morgantown. West Virginia trailed Pitt with 16 seconds to go and won on a 60-yard pass play - in Pittsburgh.
