WASHINGTON (AP) _ Unhappy with President Clinton's dealings with China, the House overwhelming voted to urge him to reconsider visiting Tiananmen Square this month and to put human rights ahead of business and politics.

``Obviously, we want to make money, but human beings are suffering,'' said Rep. Dan Burton, R-Ind.

The nonbinding resolution Thursday suggested Clinton should not visit Tiananmen, the symbol of the bloody 1989 Democracy crackdown in which hundreds died, until China pledges ``that such atrocities will never happen again'' and agrees to release prisoners held for their political and religious beliefs.
