JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) _ Indonesia will announce Wednesday terms of a new economic reform program aimed at reviving a $43 billion aid package from the International Monetary Fund, the government said Monday.

This weekend, Indonesia and the IMF wrapped up three weeks of talks to get the suspended aid package back on track for the nation's shattered economy.

The IMF has delayed a $3 billion payment because of concerns that President Suharto was not being tough enough on reforms. Indonesia, in turn, said the IMF was ignoring the risk of wide social unrest if the measures were implemented too swiftly.
