ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) _ For years, Americans were afraid of the chili pepper and consigned it to ethnic dishes many people wouldn't go near.
That's all changed as hot and spicy is in _ from cheesecake to chicken sauces.
Nowhere is that more apparent than this weekend's 10th annual National Fiery Foods Show, which opened here Friday and features products such as Brain Damage-Mind Blowin' Hot Sauce and D.O.A. Cyanide Hot Sauce, which are just for the brave.
