Bin Laden a sticky issue for Taliban

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, March 7 (UPI) _ After presenting exiled Saudi
dissident Osama bin Laden as a hero and a benefactor, Afghanistan's
ruling Taliban militia is now finding it difficult to get rid of him as
the United States and other countries continue to track him down.

Washington has put a reward of $5 million on bin Laden, indicted him in
Manhattan federal court, and fired cruise missiles on his suspected
terrorist camps because of his alleged involvement in attacks on U.S.
embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. Western diplomats and Afghan officials
