(The State News) (U-WIRE) EAST LANSING, Mich. -- One afternoon this month, Grant Littke received an e-mail with fireworks and text reading "Happy New Year 1999."
Then, as he commonly does, Littke, director of field experience for James Madison College, sent the message to the college's listserv.
Minutes later, however, he discovered he was infected by an e-mail virus and had just sent it to 1,200 people.
