SHARE prices of companies facing delisting from the stock exchange
plunged drastically yesterday due to a negative psychological effect as
their delisting deadlines looked certain.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand suspended 15 companies on March 5 this
year due to their negative shareholder equity reported in 1998. The exchange
allowed re-quotation yesterday to give shareholders a chance to trade,
and will impose a trading halt again on May 7.

Of the 15 companies, 13 have been allowed to trade, including Natural
Park Plc, NTS Steel Group, Swedish Motors Corporation Plc, Power-P Plc,
Krisdamahanakorn Plc, and Bangkok Steel Industry Plc. The other two companies
