GOLF: Westwood shoots course record at Macau Open

MACAU, April 15 Reuters - Lee Westwood, fresh from joint sixth in the US Masters, fired a
joint course record five-under-par 66 for a share of the first round lead in the $US200,000
($A316,760) Macau Open today.

The Briton had a great day with his putter over the stunning par-71 layout and led on his
own until late in the day when South Korean Kang Wook-soon matched him.

Kang took the Asian PGA Tour's Order of Merit last year after back-to-back triumphs in the
Hong Kong Open and Omega PGA championship.
