VIC: Cockroaches and mouse droppings found in bakery

MELBOURNE, April 19 AAP - Cockroaches and mouse droppings were found in a suburban bakery,
a Melbourne Court heard today.

A family business was today fined and convicted after it pleaded guilty to 11 charges of
having unclean and unhygienic premises at the European Hot Bread Kitchen, in Watton St,
Werribee.

An employee of the company, Di Dio Nominees Pty Ltd, Angelo Di Dio, 63, also pleaded guilty
to three charges of obstructing a officer when he was attempting to inspect the premises.

Jason Arnheim, prosecuting for Wyndham City Council, said that cockroaches were found in
