SWEDISH home appliance giant Electrolux has launched a Thai video manual
for local washing machine users, enabling customers to get better results
by following the company's recommendations on techniques for appliance
use and maintenance.
This represents a strategic move to underline Electrolux's position as
the front-load washing machine market leader in Thailand.
Electrolux Thailand Co Ltd's general manager for household appliances,
Vichai Lorattawoult, said the idea for the video came from the company's
wish to improve the way it answers questions about correct appliance usage.
