Brooklyn "Strategic Policy" Statement
Brooklyn Borough President Howard Golden recently called together a broad selection of local media representatives and he released his "Strategic Policy" statement for the next four years.
While noting the several `works in progress', he gave a glowing account of his borough's new Garment Incubator and Technology Center - a model of the locality's diversified employment project.
His extensive and impressive plans also profited from opportunities for input by local community groups as well as representatives of other interested agencies and institutions.
