The Success Express came to Camden Yards Oct. 4 recruiting students for Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Fla.
The partnership between the school and Jacksonville-based CSX Transportation (CSXT) is a one-of-a-kind venture -- an opportunity to promote an historic African-American academic institution and the importance of a college education.
