Special grant brings Detroit school to Henry Ford Museum
Students from Harms Elementary School in southwestern Detroit will soon be able to experience history like they've never seene it before, thanks to the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan, Communities in Schools and Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village. The special $33,000 grant from the Grayling Fund of the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan will entitle students from Harms to one year of unlimited free transportation and lunch to the indoor/outdoor museum, located in Dearborn.
