The High Court of Justice yesterday ordered the State Attorney's Office and convicted spy Marcus Klingberg to try and settle their differences in the Beersheba District Court, where the conditions for his release from jail were established in the first place.
Klingberg's attorney, Avigdor Feldman, wants to abolish the clause obliging Klingberg to have round-the- clock guards to make sure he complies with the terms of his release and does not divulge state secrets.
The state petitioned the High Court to order Klingberg to return to jail or to stop contesting the terms set out by the district court in its original decision.
