Letter's backlash emboldens parent: Publication of correspondence converts man into public figure

Lost in the furor over an anti-Semitic letter written by the ousted head of the parent association at a North Philadelphia school was the intent of the person who leaked the nearly year-old information and the timing of the release.

There has also been some question as to whether any laws were violated by the individual or individuals who removed the letter -- without permission -- from the principal's office inside the school.
