We all know about the oil in Azerbaijan. Based upon some press releases by the Clinton Administration, it appears that Kazakhstan has even larger rivers of crude running beneath its surface. Chevron has discovered its largest find in 23 years in Kazakhstan. The investment of $20 Billion in the Tengiz oil project has opened the eyes of the American oil industry and of course, the United States Government.
