I wanted wanted to share with you a letter from a mom whose child
has a potentially life-threatening allergy. This letter is a
consciousness-raising exercise for all who are responsible for children
other than their own from time to time.
The mom, Kathleen Jursch of Bergenfield, said: "Parents of allergic
children are nervous wrecks when they leave their children with others,
and parents without allergic children are confused about the whole
