Navajo Nation Council postpones decision on councilman's legal fees.

WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. -- The Navajo National Council postponed a decision on whether to pay the legal fees of an Aneth, Utah, tribal councilman who helped form a human barricade with traditional elderly Navajo to halt oil drilling on McKracken Mesa.

"It can happen to any one of you," Aneth councilman Andrew Tso, 33, told the council. Now under a federal restraining order which prevents him from interfering with the drilling, Mr. Tso said the upcoming issue in others' communities could be the storage of nuclear waste.
