In remembering the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., it is well documented that he also was a spiritual person in a serious sense. The American College Dictionary defines the work "spiritual" in several ways. One of which pertains to the spirit as the seat of the moral or religious nature. Dr. King felt that as a Baptist minister he should take the lead in showing love to all mankind. That would include showing love (principle love) to his enemies.
