GERMAN AND ISRAELI OFFICIALS NEGOTIATING OVER LOAN REQUEST.

BONN, Aug. 19 (JTA)--With Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin due to vista Bona early next month, German and Israeli officials are trying to bridge differences over Israel's request for 10 billion marks in credits and grants.

Observers here believe a compromise will be worked out despite German reluctance, attributed to heavy financial commitments in what was formerly East Germany.
