TEANECK -- After months of accusations about running an expensive and
underused swimming pool on public land, the Teaneck Swim Club has agreed
to a series of concessions aimed at broadening its membership to appeal
to more people.
But a citizens group that aggressively pushed the Township Council
to negotiate the agreement said Tuesday that the changes don't go far
enough in ensuring that more township residents can join the club.
