BUTLER -- Police have charged a 24-year-old Paterson man with aggravated
assault for allegedly slashing his co-worker's face with a box cutter.

The incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Butler
Printing and Laminating plant on Hamburg Turnpike, police said.

Police said Jermaine M. Rhodes of East 38th Street threw an object
at Curtis Kitchen of West Milford and that the two men then began
arguing. Rhodes allegedly attacked Kitchen with the box cutter, slicing
