Manglapus packs a Lotto luck.

MANILA -- From one share, former Foreign Affairs Secretary Raul Manglapus now has 4 million shares in Philippine Gaming Management Corp., the firm awarded a contract to run a computerized lottery in Luzon.

According to lawyer Renato Cayetano, Eugenio Lopez Jr. is also certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission to be one of the biggest shareholders of PGMC, Lopez has 3 million shares worth P750,000.

Cayetano submitted an SEC certificate of Lopez's and Manglapus' shares in PGMC in a court pleading answering charges that 75 percent of the firm is owned by foreigners.
