The Record's 1999 Dining Out Guide was delivered to readers on Oct.
18 containing hundreds of listings and lots of information about dining
out in North Jersey.
This is an addendum.
In my introduction to the guide I mentioned that Claude's Ho-Ho-Kus
Inn had closed, which is true, but I didn't say that the new owners of
the landmark restaurant have re-opened it as the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn. The
