Big Pants and I were seeing the sights.
Big Pants, a k a John Henderson, set his rheumy eyes on the road
and stepped on the gas. We chortled around hairpin turns and up steep
hills in the gray St. Thomas afternoon. I asked him about his nickname,
but the old gentleman would only say with a twinge of deep mystery that
he got it in grade school.
Big Pants took me to Coral World on Coki Point. We went down 20
feet to see fish in their natural surroundings. We wandered past parrots
