A state appeals court Wednesday cleared the way for a Carlstadt
towing firm to pursue a $3 million claim against East Rutherford for
allegedly allowing another tower to monopolize police-dispatched jobs
for nine years.
The Appellate Division overruled Superior Court Judge Peter F.
Boggia's summary judgment against a 1990 lawsuit by G&W Towing against
East Rutherford and Roadmasters Towing. ...
