THINK of him as one of those Cuban exiles who devote most of their
time to the ideal of freeing their country. He could have been one of
those who tied up Lincoln Tunnel traffic Monday in an act of civil
disobedience. Surely, he would have been appalled by seeing the United
States betraying its principles and forcibly returning refugees to a
totalitarian regime.
He could have been a political prisoner under the Fidel Castro
