BERGENFIELD -- A borough woman who has spoken out against the proposed school
budget received a copy of the threatening letter that was sent last week
to borough officials, police said.

Police Chief Richard Baroch confirmed Monday that longtime resident
Lynn Roscoe was sent the typewritten letter, which warns against
opposing the spending plan.
