That's apparently the lesson learned by the organizers of Tuesday's
job fair at Whippany's Birchwood Manor. For the second time in less than
six months, they held a forum where job seekers could speak directly
with employers with specific job openings.
And for the second time, more than 1,500 people showed up, hoping
