West Milford never hooked into a regional sewerage system as
originally planned, but it still should share the cost of planning and
studies that may have influenced its decision, the state Supreme Court
decided Wednesday.

The state's highest court unanimously ruled that West Milford is
liable for expenses of regionalization studies done in the 1970s by the
