North Bergen officials have won another round in their five-year
legal battle against the township's first pornography shop.
The Appellate Division of the Superior Court, in its second ruling
on the case in two years, found "insufficient evidence" to support
claims by Tonnelle Avenue Books and Video Inc. that North Bergen had
applied its zoning law in an unconstitutional manner.
