WAYNE -- Seeking more uniformity with the existing community, the township
Planning Board on Monday sent back plans for a proposed housing
development at the Red Barn, one of the township's oldest farms.

A consortium of developers wants to subdivide the 14-acre farm on
Valley Road into lots for 20 single-family homes. Lots would range form
one-third of an acre to just under one acre.
