The splashing tetra lays its eggs on leaves, while the Lake
Victoria cichlids carry theirs in their mouths. Cowfish defend
themselves with their horns, and the four-eyed fish follow their prey
underwater with one pair of eyes while watching for predators from above
with the other.
They are part of "Wow! Weird? or Wonderful?" -- the New Jersey State
Aquarium's exhibit of more than 400 exotic fish.
