WASHINGTON -- If you own real estate and dislike federal taxes, you can call it
1994's hit parade of shelters. If you don't own real estate and still
dislike taxes, consider it a hit parade of financial reasons that maybe
you should own real estate.

"It" is the annual toting up of what the Treasury Department calls
