Unfortunately for a Staten Island man, authorities say, he
unknowingly posed those offers Thursday to investigators of the federal
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, the Bergen County Prosecutor's
Office, and the Parsippany-Troy Hills Special Enforcement Unit.
