The driver of the Jeep Cherokee that flipped and killed two Wayne
Valley High School students has been issued summonses for reckless
driving and driving with passengers hanging from window ledges.
Police said they agonized over whether to file the traffic offenses
against 17-year-old Tina D'Ambrosio but decided that the law required
them to do so.
