South Africa Wooing U.S. Businesses.
South Africa's three-week-old government is making a concerted push for U.S. business investment in hopes of expanding the economy of its post-apartheid society.
With the United States already South Africa's biggest trading partner, the governments of both countries have expressed strong desire to increase their bilateral trade. South African officials said stronger bilateral ties also will aid both countries in expanding regional trade opportunities.
