WASHINGTON -- In an effort to keep triple-trailer trucks out of New Jersey, Sen.
Frank R. Lautenberg said Monday that he will introduce legislation today
to limit "triples" and other oversized trucks to the 20 states that now
allow them.

"What we're trying to do is draw a double yellow line around them
and say, `No more,'" the New Jersey Democrat said. "These big rigs don't
belong on our highways."
