This letter is written to address recent statements appearing in
The Record by my Republican opponent regarding the Republican-approved
shopping center. I find John Pierotti's attempt to rewrite the history
of the new shopping center on the reservoir property both amusing and
insulting to the citizens of Fairview.
Everyone who attended the council meeting in March 1991 witnessed
the Republican councilmen led by Joseph Scala ram through the shopping
center ordinance, tailor-fitted ...
