WAYNE -- The group that pushed for elimination of free health benefits for
elected officials and part-time employees will not challenge a decision
to allow a municipal judge to continue receiving the benefits for two
more years.

Harry Sylvester, a member of the Wayne Action Coalition, said he
believes his group would prevail if they went to court to force the
