NEWARK -- An attorney for kidnapping suspect Arthur D. Seale has asked for
a postponement of his client's Sept. 10 trial, claiming that an upcoming
television program on kidnapping could prejudice his jury.

Assistant Public Defender Chester M. Keller says that the Sept. 16
season premiere of CBS News' "48 Hours" will "highlight the crime of
