EAST HANOVER -- A 32-year-old man who ran a photography studio in Hackensack was
arrested by Morris County authorities Friday and charged with secretly
videotaping a 14-year-old girl as she dressed for a photo shoot.

Authorities, who seized hundreds of other nude photographs and
videotapes filmed on hidden camera, say they believe that Robert Kowtko
operated a private child pornography den in his home.
